Where can I find replacement pads for the Turbo Scratcher and Star Chaser?

The only replacement ball available is an LED light-up ball (originally comes with the Star Chaser) that will fit both the Turbo Scratcher and the Star Chaser. A few of the retailers who might carry replacement balls for these cat toys are Doctors Foster and Smith, Menards, PetCo, PetSmart, and Pet Supplies Plus.

Unfortunately, due to the design and construction of the ball, the battery cannot be changed out or replaced.   Your best bet would be to just purchase a new LED ball.   You can find them at Doctors Foster and Smith, Menards, PetSmart, and Pet Supplies Plus.

All of our bags can be called airline approved, but there is no standard dimensional requirement for all airlines. Approval depends on which soft-side you have and which airline you are traveling with...sometimes it even depends on the actual plane you will be traveling on. These dimensions change quite frequently, so we recommend that you call ahead to your airline to make sure your bag is approved.

The insulation to Bergan and Blitz dog houses is built in as a chemical compound that helps to keep the transfer of heat through the shelter walls at a minimum. It cannot be seen and does not look like traditional house insulation, but serves the same purpose.
